About the Program
The UVSA-Midwest Mentorship Program strengthens our community by connecting students and young professionals with mentors who share a passion for cultural identity, leadership, and personal growth. Through meaningful one-on-one guidance, participants gain support in navigating academic, professional, and community-driven goals. This program fosters connections across generations, empowers emerging leaders, and continues UVSA-Midwest’s mission of uplifting the Vietnamese-American experience throughout the Midwest.

Mentor
Graduated from a UVSA-Midwest Member School
Mentors provide support across academics, careers, and community leadership grounded in shared identity and values.
Mentee
Student or young professional in our community
Mentees receive personalized support, build networks, and learn from alumni mentors who share similar values.
